Graham Rowe started using Pilates and rehabilitation exercise 20 years ago as a professional ballet dancer (with the Australian Ballet, English National Ballet and others) and found it a vital part of his training regime.
Retiring from the theatre and after re-training, Graham opened a clinic in London working as a physical therapist combining rehabilitation exercise and remedial/sports massage.
His clients have included many leading dancers of the Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, English National Ballet, members of the British Olympic athletic team, professional soccer players, professional musicians and members of the general public.
Since returning to Australia Graham now specialises in combining his unique sports therapy knowledge, the latest in exercise rehabilitation and Pilates for injury treatment and prevention, rehabilitation and sports specific training and body conditioning.
Graham is certified through the New York Pilates method, he has completed many courses and seminars in exercise rehabilitation, all continuing education industry requirements and many enjoyable hours researching and studying the body in action. He now has 20 years experience as a sports/remedial massage therapist, working in Australia and overseas.
This combination of knowledge and experience allows Graham to both train or treat a wide variety of clients and provide a professional and specific program to target each client’s individual needs.
