Rehab and corrective exercise

I’ve been using rehab exercise with clients to help treat and recover from many different conditions for over 20 years. In that time I have applied and developed many different rehab exercises to help clients to speed up their recovery and more importantly return back to full function.

Rehabilitation and corrective exercise have a very broad range of uses and applications:-

  • Living with and recovering from specific injuries
  • Addressing neck and back pain
  • Sports-specific injuries
  • Pre and post surgical training for people who needed hip or knee replacements

. . . and so much more. This means that rehab exercise needs to be specific to you and your particular condition and needs.
