Pilates and functional training

Using both the principles of Pilates and the latest in functional training techniques has allowed me to develop a training system
that promotes better muscular control, strength, fluidity and co-ordination in movement

This method is extremely adaptable, ideal for improving general strength and conditioning, core and postural training, specific training for your chosen sport and of course extensively used in rehabilitation for injuries, chronic pains, pre and post surgical rehab, to back and neck pain.

Pilates and functional exercise by design can be perfectly adapted to address many different conditions, it is recommended by many doctor, physiotherapist and other health practitioners for its core and postural principles and is ideal for training people of any physical condition, age or gender.
